All too often in speed dating, people ask the same questions over and over again, and normally it's the boring "Where do you live, Where do you work? What do you do? what do you do for fun?" ,etc. I think the below questions have more merit and might get other ideas going for you...

• Where do you see yourself in five years?
• What do you look for in a (boy/girl)friend/spouse?
